The Process
Monarch Estate Sales specializes in conducting professional sales for estate liquidations and household reductions. Using our experience, knowledge, attention to detail and care to your personal and household items, we will conduct a professional sale for you, freeing you from this often overwhelming task. A free consultation and evaluation are provided for all our clients.
We customize our sales and prices to the needs of the homeowner. The client's individual needs are supported by our competent and experienced staff with integrity, respect and special attention to the client's home, household items and cherished heirlooms.
All items are offered in a pleasing arrangement and displayed to their best advantage for sale-ability. All specialty items are researched using our extensive reference library to determine the current market value. At the end of the sale, we can arrange for a charity donation for any leftover items at no cost to the client, which may include a written itemized tax deduction depending on the charity of choice.
Monarch Estate Sales continues to work for the client after the sale has ended. Trash is properly disposed of and we can arrange for a final cleanout. We also offer to list your home with one of our experienced Real Estate agents. If you choose to list your property with our recommended agent, we will schedule an open house shortly after the estate sale to ensure the house is quickly added to the market. Many of our estate sale followers often ask questions about the home and are interested in seeing it in more detail once the sale is completed. By choosing to do an estate sales and listing your home together with the one-stop-shop, ensures you are getting hundreds of people through the property that may not have otherwise seen the home.
After the sale the agent will work with you on listing your home, our on-staff handyman will fix any minor repairs needed on the property and our stager will stage your home for the open house and photographs.
Our customers love that we are a one-stop-shop for all their estate liquidation needs because it continually proves to be a smooth transition for them and their families.
